I would like to see away to drag and drop locations, types, numbers, ect.. into generic comments for example:
xxxx Bedroom zzzz is not functioning properly.  Drag and drop Northwest in xxxx and switch in zzzz.

You can already add report numbers to the Other box on the Client Info page. Are you referring to something other than this?
