Hey, that is a nice fish. Bigger than anything I caught when I was a kid.
Good to eat? Boney?
I believe around here it is all landlock salmon and trout and Togue, a deep water fish that is big.
Don't eat any of it though. I'm a salt water fish eater. Talapia, haddock, Scrod, and the sort. No bones.
