Dominic, In the listed templates and reports, there is NO example of a Florida style template. I realize all the templates can be modified, but if someone has one that has been and would share...man I would appreciate it. We generally see a 5-10 KW heat strips and the use of heatpumps rather than a furnace. We do have stem walls, but ofter the foundation is slab on grade. Also, I've seen verbage in some other inspection software that I think is right on for our area. Is there anyone that has a Florida base inspection that would consider offering the template and narriatives. I'm new with HIP and I'm trying desperatly to get up and air borne with my current inspections. Any help would be appreciated.

I just received a message from Ian, he is OK, just trying to put his family in shambles back together. He said he has been staying off the computer while his wife is home and she was working tonight.

Once he gets his thing repaired, he plans on coming back.

I wrote back to him to wish him back when he can.
