TOPIC: Last One To Post Wins!!

We had rains here like crazy too, but this morning we had 4" of snow again, dam I am sick of this stuff.
Pretty much melted, but temps are staying in 35 degree highs.
Won't warm up for another week or so.

How is work coming in your area.
Looks like this year might be better for me than last, but nothing to get excited about. 

Work for inspections is slow...booked one for Saturday that Jeff is going to come along on. 

The remodel phone has been ringing off the hook for a month...lots of looking, bidding...not much buying yet...

Good for you, Jeff is a good man. I am sure he will help a lot for you. 

Yeah, I'm sure he'll pick me apart...but that's good, a little outside view helps in finding things we need to work on.  Something we'd like to start when our chapter gets some legs (and members!)...mentoring, shadowing, whatever you want to call it...improving our inspectors.

Thanks Marcel and Casey. Very kind words. Just remember that "this old dog can still learn new tricks". I am sure "young pup" Casey will teach me a thing or two. And that's exactly what it is all about. Learning from each other to improve each others business. As Casey said, that is something we wish to incorporate into our Chapter, to be the best we can all be, for all Chapter Members. We have been talking about this since last summer. Now it's time to put the action plan into effect!
