I haven't done any new homes Joe, cause none are being built. Have done maybe 6 of those fly bys for the banks on new ones which is taking pictures only and that is it. 

Yeh, but you would give good input is want I meant, with your knowledge. I know you would participate on post threads w/ comments. ? Lot's to talk about out there in new homes and I got lots of pics, I do over 90 percent new homes. Just pulled out a shingle scrap today serving as the valley flashing on a new home pre move in inspection.

Well, I can always try to help when possible. The least I can do for my constituents.

Try posting in existing sections first. Electrical issues are still electrical issues. If we get enough for a reason to start a new category I'll open one up.

Here in SoCal what I have ran into before with most New homes the Builder/developer  will not let you inspect the home since they still own it I ran into this a half a dozen times....
