Thanks Dom, and they did.
I started out as a grade 5 and stepped up to 7 and then to 8 and my supervisor said grade nine next month. Maximum for that trade work.
That is the highest for carpenter pay scale. Not much compared to what I was making in Commercial Construction as a Supervisor, but sure beats unemployment. ;D
