The way I draw, I would cut a hole behind the plate and install a real fake receptacle.  ;D

Casey, on frame (pre drywall) inspects I do carry a sharpie / magic marker and orange spray paint. That way, if builder claims to not understand report written comment or photo w/ comment then I have left my mark. Mostly for bowed studs or out of square window frames etc.
But I don't draw in the plugs at new home pre move in or preowned home inspecs.

Marcel, knowing you, such a nice guy you would probably put in the actual plug outlet for them. ;D

Yep, piece of cake, but I would not do it due to the code of ethics.

Well, I am being paid while there, so I guess I am charging for it. No?

Gotta think outside the box Marcel. I've heard that if you remove the receptacle to place the Radon test kit in it's position, you get more accurate results. Just be careful, as you may "misplace" the original receptacle, and need to replace it at your own expense. BTW... ancillary services not governed by the COE. ?
