Need opinions and suggestions on my new Customer Survey Page (figured out how to create it myself )

Hi Joe,

It's a great idea to have a survey page and I applaud your effort! I'd cut it down to around 5 questions max though. I think you have too many and will scare people off due to the time involved to finish it.

Thanx Dom, I was worried about it being to long. You think that, even if I email the link to past clients? I'm going to send out emails w/ the link to clients from the past 2 years, since I haven't had this page. A good reason for shortening it though is, that I am trying to get positive comments that I can put on my Customer Comments page www.jwkhomeinspections.com/customer/+com...home/+inspector.html   which has customer comments I posted from emails or comments they made on Angies List or BizVotes by clients on their own.

Have to agree with Dom...even I got scared looking at all those white, "fill in the text" boxes!!!!  Cut 'er back buddy!

Casey, would it help if I colored in those white boxes?;D

I agree with Dom, Joe. Too many questions. Only a couple would suffice for them to comment on your performance.
I like the yellow Hat though. She your receptionist now? ;D
