TOPIC: A few problems found with templates

Sure put me on the BETA list.  One of my previous jobs was to find bugs in software, so I can usually find something.  ;D

No, selecting from the list still did not fix the problem.  The pop up indicates the "proper" file I want to set, the program just seems to forget that I set the check box once I quit.

Will definitely add you to the list. It's very interesting the number of inspectors we have using Home Inspector Pro with a technology background, many of them even programmers. I know of guys from Cisco, HP, IBM and other companies. I guess they reached a point they wanted to get out of the office and into the field, and I can't blame them!
