TOPIC: apostrophe problem

Hi Scott,

This should have been resolved a few updates ago. What version of the desktop software are you running? Check under the About->About menu.

The comments in the report that are not with a picture works fine now. However, The apostrphes in a picture description still result in the odd characters coming up. I do have the latest version for both the computer and the HIP Mobile. Please help.....
