Average Price per inspection $375.00 for average 3 bed 2 bath 2000 sq ft ($0.1875 per square foot)
Crawl Space include in fee
Pool if full and pump is operating is included in fee ,if empty not part of inspection.
Radon double side by side test $125.00
Termite inspection with report $150.00 I am licensed in the State of NY #T3875578
Travel range without charge 50 miles
Travel charge above 50 miles has not been determined, we have never charged for mileage.

4. How much extra for a pool:Don't inspect
5. How much extra for a radon inspection: Don't offer this service
6. How much extra for a termite inspection: Don't offer this service
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra: 30 miles
8. How much would you charge to drive outside that range: $25.00 per every 30 mile increment

Here is my input.

1. What state are you in: CA - Sacramento Valley
2. Looking at the AVERAGE price per inspector in your area, what is their price per square foot: average .23
3. How much extra for a crawlspace: None
4. How much extra for a pool: 75.00 if completed at the same time.
5. How much extra for a radon inspection:  Not offered.
6. How much extra for a termite inspection:  Must be completed by a licensed operator.
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra: 30 miles.
8. How much would you charge to drive outside that range: $1.00 per mile

The square footage price is not going to be very accurate in my opinion as a 1000 sqft home @ .23/sqft is only 230.00 and my starting fee for single residence is 350.00.  Although Condos/Townhomes start at 250.00.
