Guys, please list the price PER SQUARE FOOT. If you know you charge $400 for up to 3300 square feet then divide 440/3300 = 13.3 cents per square foot. This will vary greatly across the country due to housing prices, cost of living, licensing fee's, etc.

Why 440/3300 instead of 400/3300 ?

1. What state are you in: OHIO
2. Looking at the AVERAGE price per inspector in your area, what is their price per square foot: $0.25/SF (MINIMUM $349.00)
3. How much extra for a crawlspace: $50.00
4. How much extra for a pool: N/A
5. How much extra for a radon inspection: $150.00
6. How much extra for a termite inspection: $60.00
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra: 50 MILES
8. How much would you charge to drive outside that range: $50.00 UP TO 50 MILES  - SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES AFTER THAT
