Years ago when I first started using HIP, I looked at the template and report examples and found yours to be of interest to me. Now, years later, I see you are still contributing to the network for many of us. I just wanted to compliment your work and thank you, Dominic and all the great inspectors that make HIP community so special. You are truly a great example of a top level professional inspector and such a gracious giver to so many inspectors here. Thanks so much, Gordy

Things are great here. Thanks for asking. I've been doing reports that are just longer than they need to be to accurately convey the property conditions. I shoot often 350-450 images on some of my homes and my reports often reach 90-100 pages. Recently I had a repeat client ask why my reports are so long, noting I include many images of things that have no issues. My reasoning for the way I do things is just doing the best I can. But I am rethinking my format. We have a really amazing community that you created, I appreciate being a part of it. I'm in the Bahamas right now until Friday. So a great time to tweak things a bit. Anyone that uses ratings and check boxes, I'd appreciate a comment and a link to a report sample.

Dominic, I downloaded Serge's template, how do I make the ratings active. The check box is checked, but I don't see the layout I'd expect.
