After I got my inspection report, ? I noticed there is a cursory mention of cracks in Ceiling, ? Wall ? and Bathroom floor tiles. ?
I went back to the property ? and noticed two ? long cracks across the ceiling . ? Some horizontal cracks on Wall (drywall) and yes, Bathroom tiles are all cracked. ? The house was freshly painted to hide those cracks but looks like ? the spackle could not hold long. Asked inspector ? and he said it is not of concern. He even said "you are not buying a new house" . ? But wondering if it is structural problem. |

		Hi Krish,
It's really hard to tell without seeing the actual pictures. |

Thanks ...  but I am wondering if it is a good check to use a 4 feet carpenter's level (spirit level)  to check  the walls , door/window frames and floor
