Ment to reply sooner...but was out of town over the Holiday.  You are right on what you say, things are busier. I'm a total believer in the 80/20 rule. 20% of Inspectors have 80% of the business.  This year I took my CE class with Home Inspection Training. Sal, they guy in charge, said he went from full Pre-Licensing classes to 3 guys in a class...but things are now picking up. Two years ago I "proctored" them at the library, but I wanted to see what other guys were doing.
