Dom, it would be better when adding a caption in mobile, if when you click the add a caption button that the next screen goes to the list of all your captions with an option to add a new caption, rather than going to the area to write a new caption with an option to view your already made captions. Most times I (and I would imagine many other inspectors) I have a caption for the pic I just took and maybe a few times during any given inspection do I need to add a new caption.
