And make it the Data fodler in C:\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro (migh be Program Files (x86) you get to via My Computer. Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic. Duh!! I'm the one that had checked that stupid thing too, about a couple of weeks ago.
I noticed it was off and seemed to protect my computer so I had turned it on, just couldn't remember where I saw it.

Thanks Bob. I don't know what I would do without all you guys here. I swear.

Went back to Hip and opened alright.
I was also able to download Drews two templates. So looks ok.

Bob, how dangerous is it to run without that user account on, any idea?

I opened up you HIP and only the Inachi 4pt was listed Went back to the data folder and they were both listed, so I took that one out and kept the Inachi one.
