TOPIC: PDA/LAPTOP/TABLET

Supposed to come out next month, but ASUS doesn't always get things quite on time.

I've been following this and similar threads for a while now and will probably buy something between now and Christmas (actually my wife will be glad to know what I want for Christmas).  So, it appears that this one seems to be the best choice right now.  True?  Any new problems that I should be aware of?  What configuration would you recommend? - I will be using it primarily for HIs, of course, but also for general web/email access while traveling, etc.  TIA

The CTL2go is the better of the two as it's got the handle, harder case and is water resistant.

I have been thinking about purchasing one of these CTL2go tablets. I was at conference in Las Vegas this past September and I was able to see the unit but have been waiting to see what kind of reviews it got from other inspectors. From what I have read, it seems like a good machine and will do the job, my concern is the customer service from the company. I have a few questions and have called the company and left 2 voicemail messages(one on Wednesday morning and another this afternoon) I sent them an email yesterday then again this morning and still no response from the company. has anyone else had issues with trying to reach them. I'm just wondering, if I can't get in touch with them prior to buying the unit what is it going to be like if I have a problem.
