Gerry, in your control panel (if you can identify that) is an icon that looks like a globe, its for time, date, region and language. Click on that icon and the first tab you come to is the Language/Region tab. the first drop down menu is for language. I just tested it on my own machine and that's how it worked. I also use XP.
