I feel like I ran into a brick wall.
I have done 25 inspections in 23 days this month and all winter has been busy. The last 2 days I have done 2 per day and to run to get radon in between. Now I have no inspections lined up and the only call I received was today from an inspection I did 2 years ago and she is complaining about carpenter ants. Normally 2 inspections a day and a radon pick up would be a 6am to 12 pm day. But thanks to switching over to a room by room format I was getting done around 9PM. Each report was around 45 minutes to an hour averaging 60 pics. I have done only about 10 room by rooms and it should get easier. My exterior is set up sweet now, no more jumping around. Interior still needs some tweaking. If anyone is using a room by room and has any tips or advice it would be appreciated. By the way I win  |
