Ian, yes I have REO property small 1800 sq. ft. on the other side of town..

How did it go today guys? Got some great pics from some major water damage, will post them over the next week or so.

It went...mudding out a small remodel we did...always such a time consumer!  But got outside quite a bit.

On the not so good side, my grandfather is back in the hospital.  Long story, but he had major bypass surgery to get circulation to his lower leg about a week ago.  Things seemed to be going well till yesterday, then he spiked a major fever:  infection has gotten into the bypass...they go back in tomorrow to remove the whole thing, then 6-12 weeks of major antibiotics to try and knock out the infection.  And of course, during that time, no blood to that leg again.  He's in a stiff fight right now. 

You can keep the mudding. That's one task I do not like at all.
