I am going to spend my time learning and studying.....

Well one thing I know for sure Lou, is that we are never to old for that.
I have learned more in 7 years because of these bulletin boards, then the previous 35.
Always a good thing. Thanks to all. 

My Grand kids are coming over in the morning and staying the weekend. So I hope to do some grilling and start the pool up it will be around 90 here this weekend.( Have you seen Carl I heard he does some good Grilling).. ;D

I agree with the learning...I've learned SO MUCH from all of my fellow inspectors that I could never thank them enough!

As a sidenote:  Robert Armacost had a radio interview today, he's going to be putting the link on his website, but the taped interview may not run for 2 months yet.  When he mentioned the interview, I asked him if they did a podcast or webcast.  A media that we sometimes forget about...I used to do radio in college, and it's A LOT easier for ugly guys like me!
