Well, looks like the old know &tube killed the deal on the 3 family building I did Saturday.
Picked up her report tonight and said they are getting estimates for the wiring, but the 80 year old woman and family that is selling will most likely not lower the price by that amount.
The client looking at another property and will let me know to do another inspection. Appears they were content with my report and inspection.
