Sun finally came out here, but it's only in the 60's.  Oh well...did some repairs to my storm doors today, tomorrow (or tonight) I'll be throwing some paint at the kitchen walls...

Good morning all and hope the weekend has been good so far. 

Marcel, you and I are in a fight for the winnings...either everyone else is busy (which I hope) or they've given up and it's just you and me!   

My main battle has been a HUGE nest of ground bees...I bomb those suckers, and it seems like more show up!  They're in a window well...can't seem to kill them off or get rid of them...ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME!!!!!

Try this.

During the day, carefully watch where the nest entrances are located. After dark, tunnels and the surrounding area can be treated with dusts of carbaryl (Sevin), bendiocarb (Ficam D) or diazinon when the nest is in the ground. Use pyrethrins, permethrin, resmethrin or propoxur (Baygon) when the nest is in the side of a building. Other lawn and garden insecticide sprays can also be used, but dusts have the advantage of not soaking into the soil. Those who are allergic to bee stings, should contact a licensed, professional pest control operator to perform the control job. Always read the label and follow directions and safety precautions.

lol...thanks for the info Marcel!  I'll try the dust as the sprays are expensive and I've blown through 3 of them already!  Should have known better...idiot homeowner!
