This house was a literal iceberg... mostly little stuff, inexpensive repairs, really nice condition... until I entered the basement!!!

I spent more time in the basement, than I did for the rest of the 2 story home, attic, detached garage, two decks, pergola, patio, etc...

4-1/4 hours... 360 pic's total.

First time homebuyer... young single lady... I breathed a sigh of relief when I received her email.
