Let's just say, I've had much better weekends!

Okay... you dragged it out of me!

Woke up Saturday to a warm morning, humidity already kicking from the minimal rain we had that morning... Go to flip on the a/c in preperation for the nasty day... A/C blew the breaker! Checked and reset everything... blew again!! Dead in the water.

Head out to my 3pm inspection early. Client due to show at 3:30pm... 4:00pm still a no show. (I had code to home, so no biggie). 4:15pm... drop my camera (on the lens) from about 6 ft onto a ceramic tile floor. Camera toasted!!! Client shows 2 minutes later! Figures!!! Thank G-d I carry a backup camera.

Finish inspection at 7:00pm... Front (French Style) entry doors, lockset will not lock! Worked fine when I checked it 2 hrs ago!! Spent 45 minutes messing and disassembling/reassembly it... cannot figure why it latches, and when checked a minute later, it is unlatched!!! Called realtor to call locksmith... no answer! Client told me to go home... she will handle it. (The realtor had problems with it a few weeks ago) Thanks for telling me!!

All that was yesterday. Today was better, but not by much. Hope you enjoyed your 'lazy day' Marcel!

Lazy day my azz, Hi Saturday, spent 4 hours at the house, had lunch, finished the report at 8:00 pm, went to work at the junk yard house today all day and had to come home and mow the stupid lawn and sweated bullets.
That sound like a lazy weekend? ;D

Jeff that just sounds peachy!  Gotta love when someone just happens to remember something, a day late and a dollar short.  Did you hear back from the realtor about having it locked up?

I always get the realtor to open the door and wait til I am done about 3-1/2 hours later to lock up. Make them earn their money. And two weeks ago, it did not sell.  ;D
