As Nigel... err... Casey said, it's been windy, dry, and warm here. Take a hint from me, do it smart with the raking... I went out this am and mowed the lawn for the last time this year... took off the bag... and let the wind do the raking for me. I have no fence, so the wind blew most of it into and down the street. That's it for 75% of the leaves this year, unless the wind blows my neighbors over here! LOL !!!

Joe... I don't believe you about PA. I grew up in Chicago, and we had a different name for the P.R.'s.

BUT...if you're jaded...then I will be as well...you, my friend, have been an INVALUABLE resource to me...

For those of you who don't know...Jeff and I are direct "competitors" in Minnesota...within 50 miles of each other.  Yet, since I contacted him a few years ago about carpooling to an inspector event close to us...he has done nothing but help me every step of the way, with no expectation of reciprocation...

Jeff is one of the very rare I talk about here...thank you, my friend!
