Very true. I have a small list of additional services that goes in the email with the contract. No radon issues where I inspect. Won't touch ACM, mold, or "air quality". Not interested. I make great money on well tests. I farm out the sewer scopes as I have absolutely no interest in performing them myself and make $45 on each one. I only do one inspection per day now anyway, changing to 4 per week at the end of summer and 3 per week next year as I move somewhat slowly into retirement mode. Since my license will be good through my birthday this August, that will be my last 2 year renewal. Will just be working so I can buy more wood working tools.
