1. What state are you in: Florida (Tampa)
2. Looking at the AVERAGE price per inspector in your area, what is their price per square foot (divide your price by square footage to get): .15 cents
3. How much extra for a crawlspace: No Charge
4. How much extra for a pool: $25.00
5. How much extra for a radon inspection: $95
6. How much extra for a termite inspection: $75 (farmed out)
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra: 60 Miles
8. How much would you charge to drive outside that range: $50 up to 150 miles.

3. How much extra for a crawlspace: 0
4. How much extra for a pool: $75
5. How much extra for a radon inspection: $130
6. How much extra for a termite inspection: No termite inspection offered
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra: 50 miles
8. How much would you charge to drive outside that range: $0.50 per mile if located past 50 miles. So if it 51 miles away I charge $25.50 total.
