8 hours on site today. Got the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor completed. About 10k sq ft of living space done, 6BR, 6 BA, each with a tub and shower, and 4 verandas of about 400-800 sq ft each. Tomorrow is heating, electrical, plumbing, 2BR, 2BA, wine cellar, small attic, large attic, exterior, garage/shop, roof (it's a long way down from the 3rd story past the basement) and the grounds.

Heck, they even have a historic bush. Damn camellia tree is over 40 feet high and cannot be trimmed without a historic arborist on site.

Lots of issues. Lots of red ink. My moisture meter got a work out today as did my legs. I need a cookie.
