TOPIC: Sub Floor Joists/Sellers/Buyers/Agents

Yesterday I get a call from a seller stating you did an inspection in 2004 and they found a structural concern in the attic when the potential buyers inspector performed an inspection. He wanted me to send a copy of the report. Then he goes you are with (Another inspection firms name)? :

I said good luck with an inspection 7 years ago concerning liability.

Stephen...Is right; nothing visual unusual in the joist.  Holes are in the bottom 1/3.  Piece missing is not unusual.  Visually from what can be seen in pic; no oversized holes in the middle of the beam; no split.  Romex should be in a junction box.
