TOPIC: just wanted to introduce myself

hello all my name is Roger Spencer i live in Fredericksburg Va i have been "lurking" for a while and decided to join in. My background is HVAC but i have been in the building trade my whole Adult life im 40 yrs old. I look forward to using this tool and i hope i can contribute. Hi Roger!  I just saw your post...  welcome, welcome.  I go to Fredericksburg all the time.  I will wave next time I'm by.  If you have a website we should link.  There are a few on this site that will want to.

Are you doing inspections or HVAC?  If HVAC, where do you go?  Get me your info...!

Don't worry about your typing - we all have little decipher rings and a decoder sheet to go with all messages.

Thanks guys. Jay I do both I am a GC in Fredericksburg but do home inspections also and some a/c work. In this day and time sometimes it takes all three to get by. I would like to grow my inspection business and just do inspections but so far I havent reached this goal.
