I am VA approved - well, that's Virginia.

As to FHA and VA - realtors have submitted my reports to them in the past and they have approved them. I had an FHA just yesterday too, and I knew in advance that it would be accepted.

Just try to have your realtor submit it. I am sure HIP reports would satisfy them.
