Im sure this question has been asked before, but I would know where to start looking.  What is the best way on mobile to have lists of items such as age or appliance manufacturers? Just a tab with everything listed or under lists?  It just seems like having it under lists is way too many extra clicks. Thanks

That's more of a personal preference. You can definitely just have a tab with AC Manufacturer with a list of all items as narratives, or a single comment with the list feature.
