TOPIC: Be Careful Copying From Word

I copy and pasted a txt doc into the doc program and then selected "grounds" and "place on same page" then save inspection and generate, but when I went to my "sample"  report it was not there.....

Damn, ok, must still have the codes inserted. What version of word are you using by the way?

Do me a favor and email me a few copies of the bad documents from your Data\Documents folder. There must be something in particular that a recent office update caused as I haven't changed the document section of the program in a few months but no one has had issues until recently.

For now just copy through notepad like you have been.

For those that can't find notepad.
On XP: Click Start->run type in notepad and hit enter
On Vista Click Start->Type notepad in the box directly above it and hit enter

Then paste your document from word to notepad.
Then copy from notepad to the documents section in HIP
