Jeffrey,

You have to save the file as a png or jpg and then upload it. Websites don't take PSD files. Let me know how it goes after you change the formatting. You can change the file type in GIMP when saving.

That was it. Didn't know about changing the format, as I just used what I down-loaded from HIP.
