Looks pretty dang good from what I saw, but didn't watch any videos.  One question I'd have though, is...

...your Platinum Inspection says it comes with a 90 day warranty, but the Signature and Walking inspections don't mention that warranty.  Then, in the upper right corner in the sidebar, it says all your inspections come with a 90 day warranty.  What's the deal with that?

And did you design and build it yourself, or did you have someone else do it?  And what software got used?
