TOPIC: Wont show template content on iPad 4

Hello! I have HIP on a desktop writing my narratives and the mobile works fine on my iPhone 6SE, I am trying to test my iPad 4 so I can read and see more of the narritives and here is where the trouble is, can you give me feedback please?
With iPad: I can log in to cloud, I can see templates, iPad-HIP says it downloads template (very fast to 100%), can start new report with template BUT there is no template content eg: Structure, Heating... iPad gives message "No Template Loaded".. hmmm.

What version of iOS is running on the iPad? You can check under the Settings app (outside of HIP).

IOS 9.3.5 - "up to date" ... when I create a new inspection witha template, it says "Loading Inspection" for a while, but only get blank lines.
