I got an email for the ticket I submitted with a link to inform them that the issue is resolved. I click the link at I get to the page, but it tells me I have to login, but I am logged in. Where do I log in?

Ignore the link. We're not using the login portion of it. There's no need for guys to learn another username/pw since it's all in your email anyways.
