Dominic specifically, but to all- does anyone have a blank, unbranded HI report which lists most of the reportable items that I could add a logo and phone # to that I could use as a temporary sample report? Just a generic-style report, I guess. With moving, a 9 month old son, and craziness all around I haven't had the time to build a sample report yet. It would be MOST appreciated...

Mike, if you are using Home Inspector Pro, any template loaded into your program will populate with your company information. If the ones already in the program don't suit you, there is a thread for sample reports and template sharing. Check out Serge Delhoyo's NovaHI and NovaHI1, great templates to use in a hurry with lots of good narratives.
