Hi Gary,

Welcome to the forums!

Just open up the program, use the default template that opens automatically , or open another template, then click on Generate Report. You can then save it and print it when it opens.

If you're using a template that isn't printing all the items by default, go to Report Settings->Options->Item Options and check the box to include items even if there are no comments.
