TOPIC: tpz files

How dow I open .tpz files. I keep getting an error message stating that is either a damaged file or not a supported file.

Welcome to the message boards! 

You have to open them from within Home Inspector Pro. If you're downloading files from the forum or someone is emailing them to you , you need to copy them to C:\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro\Data , then go into Home Inspector Pro and click Open Template.
