How do you handle a return client within HIP? Do I have to enter all the client data again or do I choose from a pick list? How do you name the file, the program creates the file name right? I do not want it confused with the previous file?

No, you create the file name. Some inspectors use the address-last name, some only use the last name. Some use a report ID they generate. if you're doing a re-inspection use the same report then save it as a new name. If you're inspecting a new house you'll have to re-enter the client data again at this time. We're working on a feature to export just the client data from a file for purposes of integrating with other programs and saving time on additional inspections to the same client.
