Is there a way do get rid of the blak spaces in the HIP templates? these blank spaces show up when no images are added for that inspected area?

I'd need to see a PDF example of what you're talking about. Do you mean if there's no photo and no comments?

I don't see any on your sample report. If you checked 'dont print items with comments or pictures' it will still print it if you checked off a rating box. If you don't check a rating either then it won't appear.
