Currently you can't, you have do it manually. Originally we did this because Acrobat Reader opens up significantly faster than Pro (especially on older machines). Since quite a few guys had Pro installed (and as default) they were complaining about it taking forever to generate a report when the problem was really Pro taking forever to open. It is on my to-do list to change this in a future release to allow people to have a choice. I have some guys who want FoxIt to be the default as well.
