TOPIC: InterNACHI Inspection Narrative Library

I just purchased the InterNACHI Inspection Narrative library for HPI. The installation instructions are a little confusing. I am using a MacBook Air with OS High Sierra version 10.13.2.

Step 7 says to drag the documents folder into the template list. It says it will merge the files, but when I tried to do this on my mac, there is no merge option. You can either replace or skip.

The template file installation seemed to work fine, but what am I missing by not installing the "Documents" folder as instructed. What if I change the file name to "Documents 2" and put it in the folder (to keep all data)?
