TOPIC: color coded key

So I have decided to use a third color for minor defects that I won't include in the summary. How do I add a section in the beginning of my report that explains the new color coding. And is there a way to also add an abbreviated version of that key at the top of every page so clients can refer to it as they read through the report?

Set it up as a document..."Edit Documents".

Also, the colors don't show up in mobile. How do I fix that?

I think you would be crowding your pages doing it that way, but I believe the way to do it, go to Report Settings - Stationary, from there it explains how to do it.
