New PNG icon in lieu of the letter rating. I like the new feature however , in Texas we are not allowed to make changes to the look of the form. However, I would like to know if it is possible to attach these icon to each individual comments within a section rather than having one icon for the the entire section.

Open the Intro word doc and modify to your liking and save as a PDF. Then insert into HIP with the Edit Documents -> PDF option. Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic.
