TOPIC: Photos don't come out in PDF report

I just generated a PDF from a completed report, and everything shows up as normal except for pictures; there are none! The pictures are in the HZF file (18 tabs worth), but there are none in the PDF. Any ideas?

Make sure both drop down boxes next to each photo are populated with the section and item. If they are, try a reboot and generate again as you may be low in system memory (ram). If you're still having an issue please call support.
