TOPIC: email addresses

Hi all, a quick question- can you add more than 1 email address into the client info section? Thanks for your help & enjoy that summer!

Possibly one after the other in the same field?  I haven't done that before so I don't know how that ends up printing.  I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work though.

I would think if you were using the upload service that the one after another would not work.

I do believe this is on Dom list of to do items.

Clients often want the report sent to 2 emails.

David hit it on the head, if you're using report upload service, this does not currently support multiple e-mail addresses for one client. If you do have multiple addresses in the client e-mail address field, currently neither of them will receive the notification of the report.

Yes, it's on our to-do list. Right now you can forward the link in your verification email after uploading to the other clients.
